When you get a refund

If, within 7 days of your purchase, you run into a problem that makes the product unusable and we are not able to fix it, we will refund your payment in full.

After 7 days

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not offered after the 7-day period. We will still help you with any problem through support.

How to ask

Open a ticket on our Support page or email support@fekbd.com with your order email or license key, and tell us what went wrong. Payments are processed by Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
