How do I get the files after I buy?
Right after checkout you get an email with your download link and license key. You can also download every version any time from My Account.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once — no subscription and no renewal. Every future update is included.
How many websites can I use it on?
That depends on the license you pick: 1 site, 5 sites or unlimited sites. You can move a license from one site to another whenever you like.
How do updates work?
Activate your license key in the plugin or theme. New versions then show up in your WordPress dashboard like any other update.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout is run by Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They accept cards and PayPal, handle sales tax and VAT, and email your invoice.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not downloaded the product yet, you get a full refund within 14 days. After download, refunds are handled case by case — tell us what went wrong and we will try to fix it first.
Do I get support?
Yes. Open a private ticket on the Support page with your order email or license key. The developer who wrote the code answers, usually within one business day.
